The Rhino Silent Thermostatic Fan Controller reads the temperature in the grow room, then depending on the settings, will adjust the speed of the fan accordingly until the desired level is reached, too warm and the fan speed will be increased, too cold and it’ll slow down.

The sensor, which is attached to a 5 meter cable, scans the room every 20 seconds then adjusts the speed of the fan accordingly to reach the required temperature, which is set using the dial on the front of the unit, giving you peace of mind that your grow room will always be at the optimum temperature.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Rhino Silent Thermostatic Fan Controller is made from a heavy duty steel casing, which can also be fixed to any wall using the galvanised plate.

Manually adjustable through five different voltage levels corresponding to fan speeds, the advantage of the voltage stepper controller over variable resistors is the lack of hum created by the resistance.

As well as being unwanted noise, this hum is also a sign that the capacitors in the fan are being put under strain and their lifespan is being reduced. This is especially true when a variable resistor is used with the larger inline fans. Key features of the unit include:
